This is not quite your everyday superhero roleplay....while your character does have a power, it isn't exactly....super. Rather than those cool powers, like flight or super strength, your character is stuck with something almost useless, like the ability to induce the intense need to urinate to those around him, or has such a crippling weakness that their power isn't much help at all (we've got one girl who can only fly when her eyes are closed. Imagine that!)
Overpowered superheroes are so over-rated anyways, right?
Yeah, keep telling yourself that while the person next to you has suddenly become incredibly thirsty.
Although the characters go to a special school (the ASS, as it is affectionately nicknamed) to deal with their powers, the staff is less than helpful, and the students are often left to their own devices. Troublemakers, horndogs, rebels, and a myriad of small-animal shifters run rampant through the halls, doing whatever they like. After all, who's going to care about the antics of a girl who can shift into a horned lizard?
The beginning of the roleplay will be focused on developing the characters and their relationships with each other. Once we have a good establishment of the friendships and enemyships, we'll move to the actual plot. Little do these less-than-stellar superhumans know that something big and bad is thirsting for world domination, and that even the much revered Super Heroes can't stop it. When all the heroes are wiped out, it will be up to our band of misfits to save the world. Somehow....
