Watch a 2013 Subaru BRZ Tour Japan in Latest Episode of Epic Drives

If you could go anywhere on an epic drive, where would you go? For associate online editor and avid JDM enthusiast Nate Martinez, the answer was easy ? Japan. His ride of choice is the latest rear-drive sports car to hail from the land of the rising sun, the 2013 Subaru BRZ. Martinez brings us along on his Japanese road trip in the latest episode of Epic Drives.

Martinez?s journey across Japan would take him through Tokyo, to Subaru?s Gunma factory, where the BRZ and its Scion FR-S twin are produced. On the way, Martinez takes the BRZ on all of Japan?s most legendary driving roads, including the twisting ribbons of asphalt on the Nihon Romantic Highway. Martinez also gets the chance to climb Mount Fuji, and tear up the famed Toyo Tires Turnpike.

After a stop at the BRZ?s factory, Martinez hits up the twisty Gunma Cycle Sports Center, the very track where the BRZ?s driving dynamics were honed to perfection. Check out the latest episode of Epic Drives for yourself below.
